Our scope
What products can Asiaction source in China?
Asiaction sources almost any manufactured product from China and the rest of Asia, standard or custom, for companies that order in volume. Our network covers more than 6,500 partner factories, and we have handled more than 3,200 projects since 2008. The products on this page are examples: if yours is not listed, send us your specifications.
Which product families do we cover?
- Furniture and home: residential, hotel, office, event and outdoor furniture, bedding and home décor.
- Industrial equipment and hardware: machinery, parts, fasteners, metal and raw materials.
- Technical and certified products: air conditioners, cold cabinets, solar panels and other products that need CE marking or other certificates.
- Packaging: glass bottles, containers and custom packaging.
- Event and leisure equipment: inflatable structures, misting coolers, tents and decor.
- Direct and indirect purchasing: finished goods, components and raw materials, in mass production or small series for a project.
Our method
How does a product project work?
- You send your brief: specifications, standards, yearly volumes, target price and dates.
- We run a sourcing study: we contact many factories, screen out those that fail our checks and present a shortlist of 3 to 5 suppliers.
- We audit the supplier you choose: legal status, registration, capacity and legal records, with an on-site visit if needed.
- We follow samples and prototypes until they match your specifications.
- We follow production and inspect at each stage: reports include photos, videos and inspector comments, and the balance is paid only after the final inspection.
- We organise shipping by sea, rail or air, with consolidation if you buy from several factories. You follow everything in our client portal.
For companies
Who are these solutions for?
We work for companies that buy in volume: importers and distributors (including in French overseas territories and island markets), furniture and home retailers, industrial companies, purchasing intermediaries, and event, rental and hospitality businesses. Orders are usually full containers, recurring every season, or large projects with a deadline. We do not handle small one-off purchases or private buyers.
How do you check compliance and certificates?
Before ordering, we collect the factory’s certificates and test reports and check that they match the product and the factory. When an independent test is needed, we work with SGS, Intertek and Bureau Veritas. We inspect every production we follow, by default with AQL sampling (Level II: 0 critical, 2.5 major, 4.0 minor defects). Our EU product compliance guide explains which rules apply.

Questions about sourcing products with Asiaction
My product is not on this page. Can you still source it?
Yes. These pages are examples. We source most manufactured products, standard or custom, as long as the order is large, recurring or part of a project.
Do you only work with factories, or also with trading companies?
We aim for the factory that actually makes your product. When a trading company is involved, we tell you, and we check who produces, where, and who answers for quality.
Can you handle products that need CE marking or other certificates?
Yes. We check the factory’s certificates and test reports, and we can arrange independent tests with SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas. You stay responsible as the importer, so we tell you which documents to keep.
Can you combine several products and suppliers in one container?
Yes. We consolidate goods from several factories and organise sea, rail or air freight, which suits importers who buy mixed categories every season.
How do you charge for a product project?
You pay the factory price plus our fee. The fee is paid by you, never by the supplier, so we stay on your side.
