Sourcing, order management, quality control and import: what our team in China has learned since 2008.

Practical guides for companies that buy from China on a large or recurring basis: importing, Incoterms, compliance, quality control and supplier management. Written by our team in Guangzhou from real purchasing projects since 2008, and free to read, with no form to fill in.

Who are these guides for?

They are written for buyers, purchasing managers and company owners who import from China by the container or several times a year: importers and distributors, retailers, industrial companies, purchasing intermediaries, and event or hospitality projects. Each guide explains what to check, what to ask the factory and which documents to get, with examples from our own projects.

Questions about our free guides

Are the guides really free?

Yes. All guides are open articles. There is no form to fill in and no download to request.

Who writes the guides?

Our team in Guangzhou, which has been sourcing in China since 2008. The guides draw on more than 3,200 projects: supplier checks, inspections, order follow-up and shipping.

Are the guides for small buyers?

They are written for companies that buy in volume or on a recurring basis. Much of the advice applies to any import, but our services are for large, recurring or project orders.

Can Asiaction do these steps for me?

Yes. We can find and audit suppliers, follow production, inspect goods before the balance is paid and manage shipping. Our fee is paid by you, never by the supplier. See how this works on real orders: our client cases.
